Will Christ find us hungry for His word?
Have we been committed to His service?
Has grace been our cushion of rest?
Love, has it been our only resource?

Hope will see us through
Mercy comforts all our hurts.

Have we been thinking on whatsoever is good?
Prayer first or only an afterthought?
Tenderness, is it our speech?
Peace and good will toward all?

Salvation for the lost
Truly God is love.
