Praise God

Praise God in the morning,
and the devil takes warning.
Praise God at noon,
and the devil stands marooned.
Praise God at night,
and the devil loses the fight.

Praise God seven times in a row,
and the devil will seem like a shmow.
Praise God for today's victory,
and the devil can't use his trickery.
Praise God four more times today,
and the devil walks in dismay.

Praise God for His Son's cross,
and the devil gets tossed.
Praise God for His Son,
and the devil will be on the run.
Praise God for the Finished Work,
and the devil will act like a jerk.

Praise God, Praise God, Praise God!
