Jesus has not chosen to give us the Spirit of fear. To live in fear is to acknowledge the devil's kingdom with all it's worry and depression. When depression strikes, it is a tell-tale sign that our thinking is working out of the wrong kingdom. The kingdom of darkness is full of lies and doubts that tries to take over our thought life. When we allow this kind of spirit to run our lives we will feel, and act miserably, because we have allowed satan to take advantage of our position that should be in Christ.

Be not deceived - satan will at every opportunity try to take advantage of us. He will feed us lies if we let him. Lies are his nature (John 8:44).

Once we start believing his lies, we will feel unwanted by God. We may start feeling like a failure. We will start forgetting the truths we have learned. This will cause us to break fellowship with God. Satan's trap is to make us think negative toward what God has said. This kind of thinking causes us to live in reaction to what the word says.

Love is the first fruit of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22). Love is the connection between God and man. Love is the connection between husband and wife. Love is the connection between friends. Love is the connection between Christians. Satan attacks love time and time again, because love is the very one that caused satan's defeat.

God has ordained us to be more than conquerors when we are hid in Christ.

The only time satan has a right to attack us is when we step outside of God's love; and walk in the flesh (Greek: sarx). There is no good thing in the flesh - this is why satan tries to deceive us to walk by sight, because he knows over the last 6,000 years his plan of deception has worked. If satan can get you to feel isolated from God's love, he knows he can feed you with his lies of doubts until you start believing a lie which causes you to rebel against God's word.

1.We are Christ's chosen (John 15:16)
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

2. We are filled with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18)
And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit

3. We are hid in Christ in God (Colossians 3:3)
For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

4. We are cleansed by His blood (1 John 1:7)
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

5. We are accepted in Christ (Ephesians 1:6)
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

6. We are a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

7. He Causes us to triumph in Christ (2 Corinthians 2:14)
Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

8. We are called, justified, glorified (Romans 8:30)
Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

9. He is able to keep you from falling (Jude 24)
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy

10. He will never leave thee, nor forsake thee (Hebrews 13:5-6)
Let you conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

11. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8)
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.
