Please pray with me. It seems as of late that things are going from bad to worse. A while back I found out that my present job is going to end at the end of this year. I then discovered that there was an opening for me. I feel that this is a job that God created for me. The timing and position seemed heaven sent. Everything was going smoothly then out of the blue everything took 5 steps backward. Perhaps God is testing me, I do not know. I truly believe that this job is Gods gift to me. In addition to this my father has taken a turn for the worse. My father is getting on in years; he is currently 89 years of age. His health (physical and mental) has been getting a little worse as time goes by. Everyone in the family loves him deeply. Recently it seems that he has been getting worse much faster. He has been very scared as of late that he doesn’t want to die and leave my mother all alone. He is afraid that he may die before all of his affairs are in order (insurance, will, etc.) I ask you all to pray for him. I know that God will call him home when the time is right. I guess that I am asking God to give him and my family strength to endure what will happen in the future and peace of mind now and in the future.

B and S are separated. We had a series of arguements. My wife and I separated. We have a court date tomorrow Wed at 9am. I am asking for prayer warriors to stand in the gap and ask the Holy Spirit to have her heart consider counseling and reconciliation.

I am already to the counselors and getting my baggage addressed. I am believing separation is good and will lead to great things in our marriage but that a restraining order when no physical contact has been made will only interfere with our abilities to coordinate counseling and healing.

Pray that she would would focus on the 98% good we have and not the 2% bad and her heart will dismiss tomorrows court motion.
I believe I am uncovering that I have a mild form of Adult ADHD and it has really worn her out.
Pray she gets fresh wind to keep on trying and that we will truly have a Testimonial Marriage for HIS glory and name sake.

Hello there... I've posted prayer requests before and I need another miracle in my life, so I figured I should post it here where other Christians could pray as well. My grandma is going into surgery tomorrow morning at 7:00 AM, I believe. She is going to have 5 bypasses and either 1 or 2 valves replaced in her heart. This is a very dangerous surgery, I've been told, but I know that with God's hands guiding the doctors, she will be just fine and have a good recovery. Please pray for my marriage. My husband was arrested this morning after he threatened to kill me and tried to hurt my dog. I was scared. I called 911 and they arrested him for aggravated assault. My son, Hugh has had several surgeries in the past 2 months to stretch his throat which keeps closing up. The last surgery he nearly died from an allergic reaction to anesthetic during the proceedure. Tomorrow he is having another surgery done. Please pray that all will go well. Please pray that doctors will be able to determine what is causing his throat to close all the time. They feel he is allergic to something in his envirenment.

My mom called me upset and told me my step dad, whom I see as just my dad, called and said he wanted a divorce..I'm not sure what brought this on or if he'll go thru with it b/c he has said it before. I requested prayers for my friend Sarah last year when she was first diagnosed with Hodkins Lymphoma---it was pretty far gone before anyone could correctly identify what was actually wrong with her....today she got the results from her oncologist that her PET scan showed that the cancer is completely gone and that she will just do a couple radiation treatments (just to make sure. PRAISE BE TO GOD and to all of you who do the praying...thanks for this wonderful format. I truly believe that it was the prayers that did it..thank you again!

Over the past few years in our town there was an adequate amount of work for the people due to the huge amount of construction going on. My husband was one of these workers. The past couple of months everyone we know has ran out of work, and no other jobs are available. I have been searching for amout three months. My husband doesn't have anything else to do and I am having trouble finding a job. We have three kids (son 12, daughter 6, and a baby son 16months. Last week I went for a check up at the doctor and they found lumps in my breast. I am 23 years old. I didn't know that happened to people this young. Please keep our family in your prayers! I really need prayer.
Much of America is still incredibly racist towards it's own black citizens, whether you know it or not.
I am the only black household on my block.
My downstairs neighbors never accepted me.
A neighbor busted my muffler and pulled it down.
Cut my brake lines.
Busted out my car window.
Just cut my new brake lines again.
God has to move for my children and myself.
My pastor had nothing to say.
We are the only black family there.
God will one judge this intollerance/hatred.
In the mean time, will u please lay aside any prejudice and pray for myself and my children's well being.
The actual body of Christ, of which I am a member, does not hate, nor 'untollerate' a person cause they're black.
Period.
Pray that God puts an immediate end to this.
Pray that God moves us to a place of safety.

I can't take much more.

Goldie (73) is battling cancer. We think she is giving up. She is getting much worse. The tumor is growing too close to her heart and lungs to operate, and she has stopped all recommended chemo, etc. He husband (mid 70's) works (beyond necessity-12-16 hours a day in the busy season)and will not even take off work to take her to a dr. appt. Her son, Del(53)has had to leave everything and go to live in Minnesota. He takes her to all appts., and does all the talking to the dr. They have to ride the bus to dr. etc as Del is almost completely blind with cataracts. Del is a new christian. He has a severe problem with drinking, smoking, bad language and so on. He is a christian beset with sin. He truly doesn't get it, but truly loves God. He is currently living on a little over $600 Navy retirement. He's very sincere in loving God, but also battling family issues and needs prayer as everyone is leaning heavily on him. Also, he has an appt 5 Oct. with the Minneapolis VA Eye Clinic. For two years he's never had the nerve to get a Dr.'s opinion, for pure fear of what they might tell him. This appt came within three days of seeing a dr. at the main clinic. In CA it would have literally taken many months just to get the appt. Del is daring to hope. Of course, we are all hoping for the best.
EXTREMELY URGENT: WE ARE TRYING TO LOCATE GOLDIE'S & DELBERT'S DAUGHTER. NOT HEARD FROM FOR YEARS AND GOLDIE IS GREATLY LONGING TO TALK WITH HER BEFORE SHE DIES. Thank you so much. Sorry to be so wordy. Such a relief to find someone who will be a warrior in prayer for the dear people. Our church is very small and limited in prayer support.

Subject: Family Troubles!!!
I truly believe that my family is under attack by the ENEMY!!!! We are born again Christians and have been struggling in our relationship since we got married. We have been arrested for domestic violence as a result of an anonymous phone call to the police during an arguement when our children were younger. The court dropped the charges yet ordered us to counseling. We were involved in a church for many years (my husband accepted Jesus when we first met). We had some conflicts with another family and stopped going to church and now we barely go at all. We don't get along at all.
My husband is angry and bitter and can be both verbally and physically abusive. I have been getting more and more depressed over the situation. I recently received prayer for the depression as it was getting so severe that I wanted to take my own life. My husband is also heavily involved in pornography. I am at the point where I can not keep my problems inside anymore. My children are being affected by this and they are getting older and becoming rude and disrespectful towards me and each other. I believe this is due to the modeling they are seeing in the home. When I talk to my husband about God he makes fun of me. We do not drink or use drugs as both of us have had problems with this in the past. I have not had issues in this area for many years yet my husband had to stop drinking a few years ago as he was beginning to get more and more out of control.
I am ashamed of myself and what is happening and so I do not tell anyone about it. I act as if my life is wonderful when in reality I am barely able to hang on each day!!! Any prayer that you could give us would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!!!!

That God would allow him to realize that things are going to be hard to work though at first but they will get easer as times go on. That either will be good days and bad days but in the end we will have a stronger relationship.

On tues 9th my son (7) and I are flying from Florida to California, it has been about 10 years since I last flew, my son has never flown, please pray for a safe trip and that we catch all our connections, there and then returning on the 16th. I also ask that you pray that our visit with my husband (his Dad) goes well. We only see him a few times a year and this time it is because the Navy is sending him to 2 different school in California and it is the closest he will be and has been. I ask that you pray that our visit goes well, with great lasting memories for all of us, especially our son. I ask that the bond between father-son be only strengthened, as well as the bond between my husband and I.
I ask that you also pray that our daughter (almost 18) will be ok, she is staying behind due to school, this will be the first time she will be alone (never even been alone overnight). Our neighbors are going to be there for her but she wants to prove that she deserves our trust, and this is a HUGE step for all of us. She is a great kid but she is exactly that a kid, thus her wanting to earn our confidence and trust. She is never in trouble and deserves so much more than we can give her.

Please continue to pray that our finances stay in order so that we will not have to live apart much longer.

My son woke up sick this morning (throwing up and such), this has been happening more frequently that I've ever seen in a child before (5-6 times since we moved to Florida last year), it usually lasts a day or two but as it is Friday and we are to fly out to California to see his Dad on Tues please pray that he gets better very quickly. 1. We need to appoint few teachers who are very good at their work. They need to work with commitment for the benefit of the school. I think believers only can work in that manner.Please pray that God bring such people seeking employment in our school.
2. We need to construct walls on one side for the classrooms. The toilets need to be constructed. A borewell needs to be dug because we are finding it difficult without it to satisfy the water requirements.There is no proper road from the school connected to the main road. 3. Please pray for the10th class students who are going to write board exam this year for the first time in our school. Pray that we prepare them well to face the exam and score excellent marks getting State ranks.
4. for the landlords to continue to allow us use the building which they have done last year since the construction is still not complete. For the strength of my school to improve from 100(now) to 500 miraculously.(THIS YEAR). Only that strength can clear my financial problems. I am worried because we are not getting any new admissions.I am worried we may lose some of our existing students also.

I have been tainted in my spirit I know that each person sleeps in the bed they make at the end of the day, but sometimes people "suggest" you sleep somewhere you don't want to. I know every person has free will, but humans will be products of their enviroment, and the enviroments present and future are harsh and full of spiritual toxins that will seperate our country from the one thing that granted us liberty, and that is God. I have seen so much evil so much disregard toward human rights for the sake of money, pride, revenge and image. I need to make sure that I am on good terms with Jesus when my number is called, because if I'm not all this suffering on earth will lead to eternal suffering from an opponent who is unbeatable. Please, I am in URGENT need of prayer. Please pray for me, as I am being falsely accused of things that I didn’t do. I am being lied upon by a woman with some serious issues, who I used to be close to. She has accused me of stalking and harassing her. She lied and said that she saw me sitting outside of her house in my car, when I don’t even have a car in the mornings. She also said that I have sent e-mail, after e-mail harassing her, when I only contacted her once in nearly two months, and I was the one who chose to distance myself from her! What’s worse is I didn’t even know she was doing this, until I started to notice people were distancing themselves from me in ministry. It wasn’t until a true friend came to me and told me that she was spreading all these lies about me. She’s turning people against me in my ministry circles and bringing ruin to my name. She’s even trying to involve the police! Please pray that the Lord would vindicate me of her lies, and that he would allow the truth to be revealed. Please pray that the Lord would make everyone know the truth of this matter in it’s fullness, and that my good name and ministry be restored. I have never been involved in anything like this and I don’t know what to do. Please pray that the Lord would move on my behalf.

Please pray for my husband to start going to church with me on a regular basis. He was Baptized about 10 years ago and was active in church with me for the first year of our marriage. He lost interest within the last 7 or 8 years. He was not raised in a Christian home. I think he believes in Jesus Christ, but I'm not sure. He is not compassionate and sometimes does not act in a Christ-like way with me when I pose my concerns/questions with finances,when he's coming home for work, etc. He takes it as if I'm questioning his abilities and I'm not, I'm just trying to communicate with him so we can operate as a family. I am desperate to share the Christian Faith with him, but he acts disinterested. He does not participate when he does go to church. Please pray for his conversion if this is God's will. Please pray for his change of heart and compassion to take hold of him. I have prayed for his conversion for many years. My prayers have not been answered. Please pray for me too. Maybe I am being too hard on him and myself. I desperately want a Christian home, but I'm the main leader in the home regarding Christian Faith Building with our only child. Please pray to help me forgive people. I'm trying to, but I'm still struggling.
1. Help me to forgive the classmates I had in this computer class I had a few years ago for the things they've done to me.
2. Help me to forgive a female assistant teacher who's nosy behavior rubbed me the wrong way and for her comments that upset me & hurt me.
3. I struggle to forgive this male teacher I had from 2001-2004. He's the biggest person I have unforgiveness towards. I feel like he was very abusive to me and a few others.

He's verbally abused me, he played mind games with me, he's made sarcastic & rude comments to me, made me depressed. The list is on and on. I try to forgive him, but the bad thoughts keep coming back. My life turned upside down ever since. I was happy & had high self-esteem before I had this teacher and everything was bright & positive, but things just around me seem so dark & negative right now. Ask God to help me release this teacher into his hands & to pay me back for the injustices that I have recieved from that teacher and for all the years I missed out on being happy.

The reason why I have trouble forgiving this guy is because of the way things turned out right now and how badly I turned out. And that he's probably still acting this way even now. A lot of really bad things happened in my life, with myself and etc. as a result of my being mistreated by this guy & for me being hateful towards him. Money was wasted on therapy, I don't feel positive, etc... I;ve gotten into mini arguements with my parents because of this teacher, too many bad things to list.

Help me to no longer have hatred towards him. I plead in Jesus' name that if I choose to give up the resentment I have for him and others, that God will deal with the teachers' behavior and pay me back for all these horrible things I've gone through.
Pray for me to help me find natural resources to help fight depression & to help me heal without depending on medications as a result of this man's behavior.
I don't want no one else to go through the same feelings of pain, resentment, and sadness that I have went through.

My mother is facing the loss of her house, her employment, and she has also been suffering from fibromyalgia, diabetes, and arthritis for many, many years. She called me this morning and is at one of her most desperate points. I'm thinking of quitting school so the financial burden won't be so terrible, but I can't imagine what I'd do.. I'm in Bible college where I'm studying Missiology, I feel like this is where I'm supposed to be. She doesn't want me to quit either, but the financial demand seems to be too much. I'm praying specifically for her strength and trusting of the Lord, that she would not give up in this time, that things would be working out on the financial end with the house, her job(if that is God's will) and that also God would be glorified through this. Please also pray that I would see which direction I should take with my schooling. Thank you so so much! This is the first time I've submitted an online request. God bless you!

I am requesting prayer for my 20 year old son, Terrance who is caught up in looking at pornography and has taken pornographic pictures of young women that he knows. This morning, while on my computer, I discovered some of the pictures that he had taken in my home. The pictures were taken during the morning after I go to work. He works part time in the afternoons and evening and is at home alone in the mornings. He is too idle and his mind has gone into a terrible thing such as pornography. God only knows what other evil activities that he is involved in. He is lazy, lies constantly, is very hostile, disrespectful and disobedient. I have done everything that I can do, as a single parent for the past 2o years, to resolve these matters but nothing has worked. Please pray for him.
