The Lamb
Daily Devotional for April

John 1:29 "The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world."
The last book in the Holy Bible is Revelation, and twenty-four times the Lamb is mentioned. John the Baptist said, "I knew Him not" in John 1:31 and John 1:33. There are many today that can still say, "I knew Him not". They are unsaved, walking in their own flesh with it's feelings and emotions tied to the world thought life. They reason in their natural mind, which is dead to all that is alive in the spirit realm. They walk about in darkness, having their minds blinded by the force of the demonic kingdom. They are lead astray to believe lies, like mankind came from monkeys; and when you die you come back as a butterfly.
Personally, I believe what the Holy Bible says. When I come back I will be a king, a priest; a saint, in fact. All born-again believers will be kings and priests and saints Revelation 1:6. This may sound strange, but God already calls us saints the second we believe, and that's a whole lot better than to believe that my relatives were monkeys .
The question for the day is - are you written in Lamb's book of life?
Revelation 21:27 "And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life."
The Holy Bible says "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house" in Acts 16:31. Please stop believing the lies of the world; start believing in the One and only that created the world, Christ Jesus.
