2 Corinthians 5:10 "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad."
The judgment seat of Christ is for believers only. This is where they receive all their rewards of obedience to the word of God. You may say what rewards?

Each time you give someone a drink of cold water in Christ Jesus name you will have a reward.
Matthew 10:41-42 "He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward. And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward."

Each time you share the love and life of Christ Jesus with the lost.
Proverbs 11:30b "He that winneth souls is wise".

Each time you enter into the House of the Lord with a willing heart to receive the word of God with gladness, mixing all you hear with faith.
Malachi 3:16 "Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon His name".

Each time you meditate upon the word of God, more of the life and love of the Lord can be revealed to you and in you.

There are many more rewards that a believer will have just by being one with their Pastor/Teacher. Their house will be blessed; the workplace will have meaning. Their marriages will be much happier, all because of oneness with the local Pastor/Teacher.
Psalms 133:1-3 "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Heron, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore".

THAT'S a blessing.
