Galatians 5:19-21 "Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God."

Mankind would like to shake his or her head and say, "That's just an old book written by man". There is not one sin here mentioned above that will not hurt others. There is no love in sin, nor is there any love in the one that lives in the Flesh.

The Flesh is our natural nature that is always going against the plan of God, the provision of God, and the purpose of God. 1 Corinthians 2:14 says, "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned".

If someone that is unsaved is to read this Daily Devotional, all they will do is get angry. They will say many negative things, because the Holy Spirit will be convicting them with His words that they live in spiritual death. If one chooses to ignore what they read, they walk away empty of life. They will continue to argue their opinions that they are right. All because a spirit of pride rules their life. Behind all pride is the devil himself.

The humble can be taught, but the prideful can not. Come to Jesus Christ. He loves you. He died upon the cross for all that are prideful. Jesus loves you. Ask him into your heart today.
