Isaiah 63:7 "I will mention the lovingkindness of the LORD, and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which He hath bestowed on them according to His mercies, and according to the multitude of His lovingkindnesses."

Jesus Christ our Lord has said in John 10:10b "I have come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly".

Our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus gives all things in great abundance. He gives us abundant life, abundant grace, abundant mercy, and abundant love. Satan keeps the Christian from thinking on the goodness and loving kindness of God by distracting the Christian with the details of life.

When Christians are caught up in the details of life they will not think one minute on the Lord, but will think only on the details that are causing the trials. When caught up with the details of life the net result is 2 Peter 2:22 "But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire".

No time for God, but plenty of time for the worldly pleasures.

No time for sharing the gospel, but plenty of time to go to the movies.

No time for prayer in the morning, but plenty of time for complaining.

All because they returned to live their life in the flesh. Jesus Christ said in John 6:63 "The flesh profiteth nothing".
