Daily Devotional for August 9

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."

The Book also says no liars, no sorcerers, and no murderers will inherit the kingdom of God. Our Lord is full of mercy forgiving all that come to Him.

The person that is habitually living in sin will end up in a godless eternity. They eat and drink in their sin, deceived by the devil into thinking they are not as bad as the other guy.

Mankind will always brush aside sin by calling it some sort of a disease; for mankind is lost. Mankind lives in sin: Satan's Independent Nature, which goes against all that is holy and true.

The Christian that calls himself or herself saved and born again and habitually lives in one of the above mentioned sins will find themselves in a godless eternity; because a saved born again Christian will not live in these types of sin. They know quite well they are grieving the Holy Spirit that lives within their soul and spirit.

If you call yourself a Christian and continually live in sin; by your fruit you will be known. God wants to forgive all that come to Him. All that ask Jesus Christ into their hearts and mean it will have a great change in their lives.

No change = no conversion.
