Ephesians 5:18 "And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit."

We are to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit - every thought, every word, every action, and every moment. We need the breath of life. In John 20:22 Jesus Christ breathed on them and said receive the Holy Spirit.

When we are filled with the Spirit, our thinking will be right. We will not be easily upset. Worry will not be a problem. The details of life will not reign as king. We will have great peace. Hope will be our attitude. Love will be our motivation. Grace is what will be given to all we meet daily. All because we are thinking as God would like us to in Philippians 4:8.

When we are filled with the Spirit, great joy there will be for each morning! We will wake with praises on our lips for our Lord and Saviour. We will pray for the work of God in our lives as well as for others. We will read the word of God with great expectation that we will hear from heaven. We will "Serve the Lord with gladness and come before His presence with singing" Psalm 100:2.

Being filled with the Holy Spirit will bring contentment. Blessing will be part of our lives.
