Amos 3:3 "Can two walk together, except they be agreed?"

Division is a terrible thing, causing all kinds of problems. The enemy is always behind all and any division. The devil's ministry is to cause division.

Teenagers are always under attack by the kingdom of darkness. They live too close to the edge most of the time. They may be sweet and kind, but one day you wake up to find out that the teenager that you love and trust so much is now living in total rebellion to all who are in authority. They now live in the NO kingdom. "I will not do what you want but rather I will do what I want". "You are just too old fashioned". "You don't know anything". This is happening daily in many parent's lives. No longer walking in oneness, but division has caused all types of heartaches. This is the devil's doing. He is doing his job quite well. The house is now in a uproar. No longer peace and quiet, but a war zone caused by division.

Having hands on experience in our own home, we learned that God truly will answer prayer. We learned giving grace and mercy instead of law and rules helped our teenagers over the times of troubles. Grace giving is giving love and understanding when the teenager is off. Mercy will always cover the effects of sin. Love will never fail, no not once. Pray and trust God. Ask Him how to personally handle the division in your home. He will give you the wisdom what to say in love. When our teenagers were off, the Lord would say, "Love them". This will take sometime an act of God, for He loves us all the time.
