Galatians 5:22-23 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law."

The fruit of the Holy Spirit is love. Why? Love never fails. Love will think no evil. Love will cover all sins. Love will walk the extra mile. Love will always lift one up when they are down. Love will not judge. Love will heal all broken relationships. Love will hold your hand when you are sick. This is just the beginning of what love can do.

When I first got married many years ago, I shared with my wife "I will love you more as time goes by". Time has spent swiftly by; truly I do love my wife more today. One should love more. For if one loves less they will find themselves with a critical spirit. This spirit will ruin many a good marriage, many a good friendship. The devil has no love and this is what he wants to give to the one that has developed a critical spirit.

Love will not gossip about others. Love will not look down on others. Love will not cause division in marriages. Love will not turn aside from the one it loves.

Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and all thy mind, and all thy strength, and you will love others more than yourself. Love always builds the home.
