The Living God
Daily Devotional for January 26

Mark 7:18 "Are ye so without understanding also?"

Jesus was talking about what comes out of the mouth is truly in the heart. The spirit of pride will say Psalm 53:1 "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good".

Over 2000 years ago King David said this. He must have seen in his dealing as a king many godless men over the years.

We still hear the cries of the lost saying there is no God. The fact of the matter is the "I Am" is a living God, and all that believe in His Son serve the Living God.

John 14:6 "Jesus said unto him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me". We serve a living Saviour that ever liveth to make intercession for us.

Jesus loves you. Ask Him to come in to your heart, and make you alive to serve the living God.
