1 Corinthians 1:18 "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God."

Mankind without the cross of Christ Jesus is empty. Mankind thinks it has a purpose as they plan and plot day and night to achieve their goals. After reaching these goals they find themselves empty still, so they start out again to achieve more goals, only to find the same result; emptiness.

God Almighty created mankind to praise Him and to worship Him. This should be the goal of mankind, but as we all can see; it is not. The goal of mankind is to live for itself, only praising themselves.

There are too many so called Christians that do not read the Bible nor do they go to Church very much. Their goal is not to serve the Living God, but just as mankind they live for themselves.

Mankind tries so hard to be good. They will help in the times of need. They will go into other lands voluntarily to help others because of their human good, but at the same time they deny the cross of Christ Jesus.

Human good will not get one to heaven no matter how many hours of volunteer work they do.

God Almighty created mankind to do good works.

Ephesians 2:10 "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."
