James 4:6 "But He giveth more grace. Wherefore He saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble."

Grace - "implied ever a favor freely done, without claim or expectation of return".

Salvation is all grace. We did not earn it. We did not gain it by works. It is a gift from God Almighty. The Son paid the price for sin so that we can walk in the grace of God daily.

The Christian knows that they were wicked before the blood of Christ cleansed them from all sin. They are humbled by the thoughts and actions Christ Jesus had for them. They stand in grace, receiving all of God's love, mercy, forgiveness and peace for each day of their lives.

They look forward to the new day, looking to share the love of God with the lost and dying world. They are actively praying for others in their prayer closet, asking God to heal or to change that person's lifestyle.

Grace is not a license to sin, but to walk in humility in the sight of God. Grace frees us to be active in the works of God. We are not tied up with how much we have done, or not done, but we learn by the grace of God to rest in His love. We are totally dependent on the working of grace in our lives.

We walk in grace and receive God's love daily. We are glad when we go to the House of the Lord.
