For all have sinned

Hebrews 4:12 "For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

The Living God (Greek zao) means "God who has life independently from anyone and from whom all living things derive their life and existence".

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God"

The humanistic society of today will not admit to mankind's problem: sin. They say mankind has some sort of bad gene making their behavior not what it should be. They treat sin as a disease, for they want to fix a problem using themselves as the source.

God said "All have sinned", and the remedy for sin is coming to Christ Jesus; asking His forgiveness. Christ Jesus is the only one that has dealt with the sin of mankind and that was at the cross; three days later raising from the dead. Christ Jesus is the resurrection and the life.

Sin is living in satan's independent nature, defying the word of God to be true. Mankind lives defying the Living God by making up lies against the truth, because most of mankind's father is the devil John 8:44. It has always been easier to believe a lie than the truth.

The truth is, mankind does not want to read the Holy Bible because of his sin nature. The Word of God convicts the sinner of their sin. This is why the sinner doesn't come to Church.
