Isaiah 54:17 "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord".

A Christian that is anointed of God has this verse for his protection, because this is one of God's over five thousand promises. The Lord is truly our shepherd. His duty is to guide us, to protect us, to feed us and to love us, in all safety.

Psalm 105:15 "Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm".

When people speak against God's anointed, they are speaking against God Almighty. Our Lord takes notice of these who speak words against his anointed. In 1 Samuel 17:43-45 Goliath was speaking against Israel and David. David said the battle is the Lord's. He took five stones in his pocket and used one to kill Goliath. David was God's anointed. The Lord took care of his own.

If your ears are not anointed of God when you hear the word of God it will mean little to you. You go to church empty; and go home full of nothing. All because you hear nothing. Anointed ears hear the word with great joy and mix the word with faith. They will grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord Christ Jesus. The anointing breaks the yoke of bondage. It releases you from the grips of satan so that you can hear the word of God with life.

Isaiah 10:27 "And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing".
