1 Peter 1:19 "But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot"

Peter knew how precious was the blood of Christ. Peter was always quick to say something out of line; and by the way, don't we all say some things too quickly sometimes. Peter, after the greatest event in time; the resurrection of Christ Jesus, went back to his old ways; fishing. Peter took some of his friends with him that night to go fishing; they caught nothing!

John 15:5 "I am the vine, you are the branches: he that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: For without Me you can do nothing"

A voice called out from land saying, "Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find" in John 21:6, and fish were caught. John, one of the fishermen, knew that it was Jesus Christ their Lord. They came ashore, and Jesus Christ their Lord had breakfast for them. He asked Peter to feed His sheep. Peter was the one that stood up in Acts 2:14 and spoke of his Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus. Christ Jesus' blood had become precious in Peter's life over the years. Peter saw the moving of the Lord over and over again. Oh, how Peter grew to love the Lord more each day of his life!

Christians, do we love the Lord more and more each day? When we rise each morning are praises and honor, and glory upon our lips? Do we love life more each day? Have we hugged our wives today and told them how much we love them today? You will, when you think how precious Christ Jesus' blood is to you.

We can say, Jesus loves me.
