1 Corinthians 16:22 "If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ let him be Anathema Maranatha."

"Anathema" means "accursed". "Maranatha" means "The Lord is coming".

The unbeliever that does not love the Lord Jesus Christ is accursed. These are very strong words against the unbeliever. The unbeliever will live in the world, having no hope. Ephesians 2:12 says, "That at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world".

The Holy Bible does not say that the unbeliever cannot be moral, kind, honest and good; because there are a lot of people that are just that. We thank God for all the moral, kind people we meet; but if they do not love the Lord Jesus Christ, they are still accursed.

The unbelievers will spend a Godless eternity in the fires of hell; all because of the spirit of pride that lives within them. They may say, "We have no need of Christ Jesus". "By our good works we will go to heaven". Or they say, "When we die we just go into the grave". Some may even say, "We will return as a better person or something else". These are just some of the thoughts of the unbeliever.

The Holy Bible states in Hebrews 9:27 "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment". Christ Jesus died for the sins of the whole world. Unbelief is sin. The unbeliever doesn't think so because their minds are blinded by satan in 2 Corinthians 4:4. They walk in total darkness.

Ask Christ Jesus into your heart today. Repent of the sin of unbelief. Start learning of the grace of God, the mercy of God, and the love of God.
