Daily Devotional for November 18

John 17:21 "That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that Thou hath sent Me."

Could you imagine oneness at the workplace? Where there is no backbiting; where no one tries to step on another to get ahead?

Could you imagine a healthy marriage where the husband is the head of the house as God Almighty said he is? The wife submits in oneness as they praise God together.

Could you imagine oneness in the local Church where no one gossips, because they were busy coming to Christ Jesus as their Lord and Master?

Christ Jesus died and rose again so that we can have oneness with the Father.

Christ Jesus wants us to be one with Him, and the only way we can be one is to keep coming to Him.

He wants us to love one another, for He knows that divine love will always have oneness written within it's sphere.

Oneness comes through obedience to the word of God.

Oneness comes when we live by every word of God.

Oneness comes when we live in humility.

We should be one with the local pastor teacher. If we are not, divisions will start. Divisions are always started by the devil, causing others to miss the blessings.
