October 3
1 Thessalonians 5:16 "Rejoice evermore"
Psalm 118:24 "This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it."
Psalm 89:16 "In Thy name shall they rejoice all the day"
The moment the joy of our salvation is gone is the very moment satan will attack the nature of God that is living inside us.
The backsliding Christian lives wounded by satan's darts of doubt. This will leave the backslidden Christian in a hostile mood with the joy of the Lord absent from their being.
The lackadaisical Christian is one that studies the word of God with the wrong attitude. They hear the word of God with a wrong attitude. This leaves them open to demonic attacks which rob them of any spiritual joy.
One of the saddest things is to see a brother or sister that says they are saved and live continually without the second fruit of the Holy Spirit; joy. Galatians 5:22 Love, joy and peace are the three outward signs of the believer's life in Christ Jesus.
Joy is all around us when we are seeing through the eyes of the Lord.
Joy has within it the power that strengthens us.
Joy will flood our soul and spirit, overflowing into other's lives.
Joy is a fortress that surrounds our soul and spirit against demonic attacks.
Joy walks into a room and stress will leave.
Joy is full when you learn of the grace of God.
