Proverbs 23:7 "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he"

Maybe you are a businessman or woman that is caught up in the details of your business, so that all you think about day and night is the problems of that business. Then the above verse states where your heart is most of the time.

Maybe you have financial problems big time and you are caught up in all the problems that go with lack of finances, then that is where your heart is.

The details of life and family problems tend to take people's thoughts off God Almighty.

Colossians 1:18 "And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence."

Christ Jesus is and should be number one in all born-again Christians lives.

Our meditation should be on Him. This is what we should be thinking about during the day and evening. We should be asking Him for wisdom for all our problems, not trying to figure them out ourselves.

Have you ever thought on something that was troubling you for a long time, only to have that problem pass by? You say to yourself, "Why did I even get caught up in thinking so negatively on that problem".

The devil wants us to think on anything but the word of God. The word of God is life.

Keep Christ Jesus first in your life and you will find answers for your problems.
