Men, love your wives
Daily Devotional for October 30

Ephesians 5:28 "So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself."

Remember when it was feeding time for the baby, how your wife took loving care of the child? Remember when the children took sick, who had to clean up the mess? Remember that smell when the child had messed his or hers pants, and mommy's job was to clean up the child's mess?

Husbands, now that time has gone by, are you still in love with your wife; or are you one of the lesser men that has their eye on another woman?

Husbands, we are to love our wives more and more as the days go into years.

Satan is the one that sends negative thoughts about your wife to you. Satan is the one that is trying to get you to lust after another woman. Satan loves it when a husband grows tired of his wife. Satan wants the husband to have no value for his wife. Satan wants the husband to go to court and get the divorce.

Husbands, God has given you a gift; your wife. You should love her, and kiss her, and hug her, and tell her how beautiful she is. Husbands should give twelve kisses a day to their wives.

Husbands, you had better respect your wife, for God respects you. Husbands, we can never love our wives enough, but it is great joy in trying!
