Daniel 3:17 "If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us out of thine hand, O king."

God Almighty is able to deliver us out of our troubles, just as He delivered the three Hebrew boys out of the fiery furnace.

You may be going through a very difficult time. Keep your eyes upon Christ Jesus. Look unto Him, for He is there in all of your troubles.
Hebrews 12:2 "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."

We never know when troubles may come or when our health may fail, but we will have perfect peace when our mind is upon our Lord.
Isaiah 26:3 "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee."

Trust in God for all situations and do not lean on your own understanding. The person that leans on their own understanding will always come up short as they try to figure out why they are going through that situation.
Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding."

Have you trusted the Lord Jesus Christ to be your personal Saviour? Have you asked Christ Jesus to forgive you of all your sins? Is Christ Jesus your Lord, Master, Teacher, or have you chosen to ignore the call to repentance? Are you blinded by the devil still, and walk in darkness? Today is your day of salvation. Do not choose any longer to ignore the call of God.
