1 Chronicles 16:27,29 "Glory and honour are in His presence; strength and gladness are in His place. Give unto the Lord the glory due unto His name: bring an offering, and come before Him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness."

Being a pastor in a village of about three hundred and fifty people you get to see first hand the devil's involvement in the lives of the people. Most of the village on a Sunday morning are fast asleep when the Church bell rings at 10:00am for worship.

During the summer months on a Wednesday evening at 7:00pm as the Church bell rings, most of the village people are cutting their lawns or are at the mall. Most of the village does not and will not give glory and honour to our Lord as they live in their sins and trespasses, walking about dead to the love of God.

When we first came to this village many years ago our Lord spoke to us and said, "I have sent you to a stiff necked and rebellious people, and they will not come to Church" Ezekiel 2:3-4. Sunday morning, Sunday evening, Wednesday evening, the Church bell rings for a call to worship; for we know that there is glory and honour in His presence.

The greatest thing is to see God work in the midst of stiff necked people. His work is being done in spite of all the attacks of the demonic system, "Because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world". 1 John 4:4b
